We keep a mean written score of 4.3 across 29 notes. That is not a campaign number; it is what remains after we stopped deleting the bored ones.

The channel exception log from Route Map Intensive is taped inside our quoting folder. Sales hates it. Finance finally sleeps.

Board Narrative Lab did what it said: nine slides. Our chair still asked for the old forty. We used the nine anyway in the credit committee. Deducting a star because the coffee in the studio was burnt.

Case file A — The second country that was a brochure

A Jenwu-adjacent manufacturer had a handsome ASEAN one-pager and a single Malaysian account that ordered when the founder flew. WebRoute Base’s Route Mandate spent the first month killing the one-pager. The remaining work staffed a coordinator in Kaohsiung, set a floor price the founder could not override by chat, and delayed Vietnam by a year. Revenue did not spike. Quote leakage dropped. The founder still flies, but only when a named exception is logged.
